Ashraf
ElAssaly Ph.D., PEng. President
Ashraf is a Co-Founder of CIMS Ltd. in Edmonton, Canada. He
is registered Professional Engineer in the province Alberta,
Canada with 20 years of experience as a professional engineer
and project manager.
Ashraf is also a Designated Instructor and Consultant for project
and infrastructure management at University of Alberta, Alberta
Government, City of Edmonton, Government of Nunavut, Petroleum
industry, Bredin Institute, and LORMAN Education Services.
Ashraf received his Ph.D. in Construction Engineering and Management
from University of Florida, USA. Ashraf has been involved in
a number of major projects within Canada and abroad. This includes
a major oil project in Alberta, UE-1, with budget more than
$ 9.0 billion. His knowledge of state-of-the-art in infrastructure
management area put him as one of the pioneers in this field
in Canada and North America.
His inventive approaches helped government agencies and municipalities
to establish short and long terms funding plans to manage roads,
bridges, sewer networks and water mains in North America. Ashraf
is the winner of the Team Work award offered by the Government
of Alberta for 2006 for his exceptional consulting works.
As the president of CIMS, Ashraf oversees and manages the activities
of CIMS Ltd. across Canada and North America. His strengths
and abilities focus primarily on Infrastructure Management and
Project Management training.
Ashraf applies his experience implementing achievement-focused
project methodologies for clients, which includes training for
project managers and consulting with project sponsors and executives.

Wael
El Ghandour Ph.D., P.Eng., PMP
Vice President
Wael, co-founder of CIMS Ltd., is a registered Project Management
Professional in North America at PMI and registered as a Professional
Engineer in the province of Alberta with over 15 years of experience
as project controls, instructor, and project engineer.
Wael received his M.Sc. from University of Karlsruhe, Germany,
and his Ph.D. from University of Alberta, Canada. As the vice
president of CIMS Ltd., Wael's role is to manage and direct
our offices overseas, continue providing consulting, and training
services to existing and future clients overseas, while developing
new business in the areas of Construction Innovation and Technology.
This includes PA UT for welding inspection, 3D Laser Scanning,
Impact Echo (IE), and Spectral Analysis of Surface Waves (SASW).
His past experience includes leading project controls
teams for some major projects in North America. This includes
PSI at Syncrude, KH-3 at EPCOR, MNU and MCU at Suncor Energy
with budget over than $4.0 Billion.
His innovative creative approach helped many major companies
in North America to develop new methods for managing and controlling
their projects including PCL, Lockerbie & Hole, TIC, COLT-WorleyParsons,
and City of Edmonton, Canada.

Mohamed ElAgroudy, MEng., Managing Director
Dr. Mohamed El Agroudy has more than 15 years of experience in Construction Engineering and management. Due to this extensive experience, he was assigned to teach Construction Engineering students the principals of Construction Engineering and Management at the Arab Academy for Science & Technology and Maritime Transportation (AASTMT) located in Egypt. He is an arbitrator, a Certified Corporate Trainer (CCT) and has a decade of corporate experience in the field of Planning, Time Management, Risk Management, Leadership, and Organizational Development.
During his extensive project management career, Dr. El Agroudy has served as a Technical office Manager then a Project Manager for many projects in Egypt. He served as a Regional Manager for a leading Construction Company in the Arabian Gulf Area.
Dr. El Agroudy is the Chairman and founder of the Engineering Project Management Association (EPMA), a founder member of the Arab Union of Engineering Arbitration Centers (AUEAC), a founder member of the Arab Union for Real Estate Development (AURD), a founder and Vice-Chairman of International Business and Investment Association (IBIA) Egyptian representative of (IBF), an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), a member of Management Engineering Society (MES). He is the Program Chair of the 2nd International Conference on Construction In Developing Countries (ICCIDC-II).
Dr. El Agroudy is the Managing Partner of training and consulting at Canadian Innovative Management Solutions (CIMS) and chairman of Misr for Services and Maintenance (MSM), one of the leading companies in the field of Construction Engineering & Management Services in Egypt.
